COLLAGEN UC-II® WITH CALCIUM
WHAT IS IT?
Collagen UC-II® with Calcium, by Sculpt, is a formula which contains the optimal molecular structure of collagen, since it is neither hydrolysed nor denatured, making it extremely stable. This type of collagen makes up the main structural protein of cartilage, which is responsible for joint resistance, traction and strength.
WHY DOES IT WORK?
Clinical studies show that taking 50mg of the patented ingredient – UC-II® – for 17 weeks contributes to improved joint comfort, flexibility, and mobility.
While other types of collagen have to first be absorbed in the intestine and then enter the bloodstream before going to the cartilage, UC-II® collagen has an immune mechanism of action. It works through a process called oral tolerance, which allows it to be effective at very low doses, approximately 40 mg / day.
Age, injuries, and weight issues are some of the causes of initial joint wear and tear, as well as joint inflammation.
Other clinical studies show that UC-II® has a mechanism of action much superior to that of glucosamine and chondroitin as it helps to reduce pain and inflammation, increases flexibility, and impedes the destruction of cartilage and bone, in addition to repairing any existing damage.

2 capsules / day. Take the capsules with water or another liquid.
